How can I book a tour?
To book a tour fill out the questionnaire or send us an email.
Do I need to leave a deposit?
If you book a tour via our website or email, no deposit is required.
What is the cancelation policy?
We kindly ask our guests to cancel no longer than 48 hours before the tour.
Is there an age/weight restriction?
The weight limitations to riding a Segway are between 30-115 kg. Children can ride a Segway only with their parents’ written consent.
Are pregnant women allowed to ride a Segway?
Pregnant women are not allowed to ride a Segway.
I have no previous experience riding a Segway. Can I still come on the tour?
No previous experience is required. The tour starts when everyone is comfortable with the Segway and have mastered the basic skills to maneuver it.
What do you provide?
We provide you with a personal tour guide, Segways, a helmet, and a raincoat in case of rain.
What should I bring with me?
For your own comfort and safety, we advise to wear flat, comfortable shoes.
What happens in case of rain?
In case of light rain the tour will still take place. We offer raincoats for every guest. In case of a storm or heavy rain it will be postponed.
What is the minimum and maximum number of people on a tour?
We can accommodate minimum of 2 and maximum of 9 people. Solo tours are considered a customized tour. Please contact us for more info.
